RETURN & REFUND POLICY – GIFTSONIX

  1. A clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund request.

  2. Please carefully review product dimensions, images, and descriptions before purchasing. Returns will not be accepted due to size expectations or personal preferences.

  3. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  4. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  5. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  7. Returns and replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

    • Product received damaged

    • Product received defective

    • Wrong item delivered

  8. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Size expectations

    • Minor color variations due to screen settings

    • Handmade product variations

  9. Return pickup service is currently not available. Customers are required to courier the return package to the address provided by Giftsonix.

  10. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and successfully passes inspection.

  11. Once approved, refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your payment provider or bank.

  • Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
